How to get the Escape from Duckoff Storm Suit and Helmet
While playing Duckov these days, I found that the second-stage space protection helmets and protective clothing are quite difficult to find. I checked some information online but didn't see any clear information. This guide includes how to obtain and use two types of helmets and two types of protective clothing, as well as how to calculate damage from space disturbance and space distortion.
It would be an honor if it helped.
1 The difference between storm work clothes and space protective clothing First of all, let’s clarify a concept. Storm work clothes (and helmets) and space protective clothing (and helmets) are two different things, as shown in the figure.
To put it simply, the latter is an enhanced version of the former. In addition to being able to withstand higher-level storms, the latter also has a certain degree of bulletproof protection.
Specific differences:
If you wear a complete storm work suit (including helmet and protective clothing), you can move in the storm phase I (Phase 1: Space Disturbance) of the three maps of Area Zero, Warehouse Area and Farm Town without injury.
If you wear a complete space protection suit (including helmet and protective clothing), you can move in the storm phase II (Phase 2: Space Distortion) of the three maps of Area Zero, Warehouse Area and Farm Town without injury.
If you are wearing an incomplete space protective suit (such as a helmet or protective clothing), you can still act in the storm phase I (Phase 1: Space Disturbance) of the three maps of Area Zero, Warehouse Area and Farm Town without injury, but you will still be damaged by the storm in the storm stage II.
For the last map - Storm Zone, the default storm attributes are equivalent to Storm Phase II (Phase 2: Space Distortion), so a full space protection suit is required.
2 How to use the weak space storm protection needle In addition, better protection can be achieved by using the weak space storm protection needle (effective for 120 seconds).
Using a weak space storm protective needle when wearing an incomplete storm work suit or not wearing a protective suit at all, you can move in the storm phase I (Phase 1: Space Disturbance) of the three maps of Area Zero, Warehouse Area and Farm Town without injury.
Using the weak space storm protection needle when wearing an incomplete space protection suit or wearing a complete storm work suit, you can move in the storm phase II (Phase 2: Space Distortion) of the three maps of Area Zero, Warehouse Area and Farm Town without injury.
Therefore, if you do not have a complete space protection suit but want to enter the storm area or storm stage II, you can wear a complete storm work suit with a weak space storm protection needle to offset the storm damage, but it can only be used as an emergency situation.
3 How to obtain the Storm Work Suit
The Storm Work Suit is relatively easy to obtain, and you can obtain a helmet and protective clothing at the same time.
Requires:
- Gas mask (Equipment)
- Cellar key [[EF DL000040]]
- Cellar Fork Key
Enter the warehouse area map and come to the single-family cabin located in the south of the ravine. Enter the cellar entrance in the back walkway (as shown below) and use the cellar key to enter. After entering the cellar, you need to use a gas mask to pass through the poisonous gas area. When you encounter the first fork in the road, go to the right and you will reach the key door. Use the cellar fork in the road to enter. Go to the end of the road and find the merchant to purchase the full Storm Works Set.
3 How to obtain the space protection suit
The space protection suit is difficult to obtain and can only be obtained in the J-Lab laboratory area. Protective clothing and helmets are obtained separately and only appear randomly.
Requires:
1.J-Lab primary access card x1
2.J-Lab secondary access card x1
- J-Lab access card (red)
- Night vision device
Use the J-Lab first-level access card at the portal of the base or the stairwell of the office building in Farm Town to come to the laboratory.
In the red card room on the B1 floor of the laboratory, the space protective helmet will be refreshed with a probability. Use the J-Lab access card (red) to enter and pick it up. As shown below.
There are three ways to obtain the J-Lab access card (red):
- The desktop probability on the right side of the entrance to the blue card room on the B1 floor of the laboratory is refreshed
- Farmers The probability of refreshing in the mysterious rooms "X" and "O" in Farm Town
- The mysterious merchant in the southeast of Farm Town has a probability of selling
. All color card rooms in the J-Lab laboratory area will not consume access cards. Only the J-Lab first-level access card and the second-level access card are the first-time use props.
Space protective suits will be refreshed with a probability at the end of the secondary access control area on the B2 floor of the laboratory. In this area, you need to use the J-Lab secondary access control card and wear night vision goggles to fight against invisible monsters (it will only appear after entering the secondary access control area).
